-    Check if final delivery report is confirmed by the board of directors of printing company

-    Check if final delivery report meet production order requirements

-    Check if each items of final delivery report are based on delivered tickets correctly

-    Check if Regulated production lists such as sample tickets, Quality control list, etc. are submitted to the lottery

-    Check if the mark of “sample” is printed clearly on sample tickets to distinguish from normal tickets

-    Check if process management-related materials(printing diary, quality inspection table drawn up during each process) are submitted when the lottery request

-    Production: The whole sheet of paper for naked eye inspection by round, the inspection table of finished product, sample ticket

Purpose

To check whether production order is finished officially according to the final confirmation of the lottery. When packed tickets are delivered, all the printing process need to be finished
